On August 19th, 2023, at Oimachi Hankyu, we will be selling a limited number of freshly shaved bonito flakes from Kagoshima Prefecture, a Tokyo Nihonbashi specialty from Yaginaga Honten!
Pour it over freshly cooked rice and add a drizzle of soy sauce, or pour it generously over cold somen noodles to make bukkake somen, or eat it as is!
