Kanto-style noodle soup is made without additives using dried dried fish from Yaizu and Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido. It is not too sweet, so it is perfect for simmering seasonal vegetables as well as somen noodles. The light flavor brings out the flavor of the vegetables. It is also great for donburi dishes and tempura.
