Ingredients: Dried bonito flakes (dried bonito from Makurazaki), grated kelp (from Hokkaido), dried seaweed (domestic, green seaweed), dried seaweed (from the Ariake Sea), juvenile sardines (domestic), vegetable oil, salt (deep seawater salt)
As a new proposal from YAGICHO COOKBOOKLABO, we have launched a seafood dry food mix exclusively produced in Japan that is delicious as is, can be used in rice balls or ochazuke, and is also delicious when mixed into pasta. In fact, furikake mixes like this one have been sold by many seaweed manufacturers and others for quite some time. We began planning the product by asking ourselves what only Yagichou can do, and decided to use only the finest ingredients produced in Japan, and to collect only ingredients that people would say are delicious to eat without any second thought, and to sell them not only in Japan but also around the world. We would like to introduce each ingredient.
The dried bonito flakes are made by a master craftsman in Makurazaki, the grated kelp is carefully selected from Hokkaido, and two types of seaweed are used: the Ariake-produced green seaweed with a different aroma that Yagichou supplies to sushi restaurants in Nihonbashi, and the salted seaweed is custom-made and uses olive oil and salt made from deep ocean water, and processed domestic small sardines are used as a spice, all mixed together by Yagichou. Please give this winter's best product a try.
You can eat it as is, make it into rice balls, make it into pasta, and here is a recipe for carbonara that you can easily make at home. Thank you.
