Fried Rice with Katsuobushi Dried Bonito

This fried rice is simply fixed with katsuobushi and negi scallions. The scent of sesame seed oil is irresistible. It would be one of your favorite dish.

Cook the rice a little on the firm side. Heat the sesame seed oil in a frying pan, then add and cook the scallions.
Add katsuobushi flakes and the cooked rice to stir-fry over high heat.
Sprinkle with the soy sauce from the edge of the frying pan.
Season with salt to taste as needed.
Top with the shiso leaves and myoga.

rice 2 cups (360ml)
koguchi negi scallions, minced 1 bunch
katsuobushi dried bonito flakes, YAGICHO-HONTEN’s finely shaved katsuobushi flakes 30g
shiso leaves, shredded (optional) 1 bunch
myoga Japanese ginger, shredded (optional) 3
sesame seed oil 1Tbsp
Soy sauce
Pinch salt
