Japanese-Style Finger Sandwiches with Nori Seaweed

The fillings of the sandwiches are nori Japanese dried seaweed, smoked salmon and cheese.
Use pumpernickel bread, German dark coarse bread made from rye. It is heavy, so that it is good for breakfast and perfect with beer.

Arrange a layer of the smoked salmon slices on each slice of bread. Cover with a sheet of nori, then top with a slice of cheese and the remaining slice of bread. Cut each sandwich into halves or your desired size.
